Mom Processing Group
For Moms of Preschool - Elementary Schoolers Who Want to Find Their Village
You're Overwhelmed and Exhausted
You're drowning in the constant demands of parenting, work, and life. You feel guilty—like you're never doing enough or getting it right. You're exhausted from managing everyone's emotions while ignoring your own. You feel isolated and like other moms have it all figured out, but you don't. You lose your temper with your kids and then feel terrible about it. You're struggling to stay present and connected because you're just surviving. You're not failing. You're human. And you deserve support.
Mom Support Group is a peer support and educational community designed to help you manage overwhelm, regulate your emotions, and find your village. This open-enrollment group provides a safe space where you can be real about the challenges of motherhood without judgment. Together, we'll explore tools for managing anger, setting boundaries, letting go of mom guilt, and rediscovering yourself beyond the role of "mom."
What You'll Learn in This Group
Managing Overwhelm
Learn to regulate your nervous system, recognize your capacity, and create systems that actually work for your family.
Anger & Reactivity
Understand your triggers, repair after ruptures with your kids, and respond instead of react when emotions run high.
Mom Guilt & Shame
Let go of the "perfect mom" myth. Practice self-compassion and give yourself permission to be imperfect.
Boundaries & Saying No
Set boundaries without guilt—with your kids, partner, family, and the endless asks from school and activities.
Partner Dynamics
Navigate unequal mental load, resentment, communication breakdowns, and reconnection with your partner.
Rediscovering Yourself
Remember who you are beyond "mom." Reconnect with your needs, interests, and identity.
You'll Walk Away With:
Tools to calm your nervous system in moments of stress and chaos
Language for repair after you've lost your cool with your kids
Practical boundary scripts for saying no without over-explaining
Permission to prioritize yourself without the guilt that usually follows
A village of moms who see you, support you, and remind you that you're doing better than you think
