Sex-Positive Therapy & Sexuality Exploration
Telehealth in TN, FL, SC & WA & in-person in Brentwood, TN
Sex-positive therapy.
Maybe you've spent years believing that your desires were wrong. Maybe you've been taught that pleasure is shameful, that your body is something to control rather than celebrate, or that there's only one "right" way to experience intimacy and relationships.
You don't have to carry that weight anymore.
This is a space where your sexuality, curiosity, and authentic self are welcomed—not judged. Whether you're questioning everything you were taught, exploring new ways of relating, or seeking permission to experience pleasure on your own terms, you belong here. Your journey is yours to define, and you have every right to discover what truly works for you.
You might be here because…
You're carrying shame about sex, your body, or your desires—and you're ready to heal from messages that told you pleasure was wrong or that you were "too much" or "not enough."
You grew up in purity culture or religious environments that created confusion, guilt, or silence around sexuality, and now you're ready to discover what pleasure and intimacy can mean for you.
You're exploring parts of your sexuality that feel new, uncertain, or outside the mainstream—like kink, BDSM, polyamory, or consensual non-monogamy—and you want support navigating these experiences with confidence and care.
You feel disconnected from your body or your desires, and you want to rebuild that relationship with curiosity and compassion instead of judgment.
You're tired of fitting into boxes that don't serve you. You're ready to push back against societal expectations and create your own path forward—one that honors who you really are.
You know your boundaries and needs are evolving, and you want support as you redefine what feels right for you in this season of life.

The Values That Guide This Work
You deserve therapy that honors your wholeness, your autonomy, and your right to live freely.
Below are the principles that shape this practice:
-
All consensual expressions of sexuality are valid. Pleasure isn't something you need to earn or justify—it's your birthright.
-
Your identities, desires, relationship structures, and experiences are affirmed here without judgment. You don't need to change to be worthy of support.
-
You are the expert on your own life. Therapy here is about supporting your decisions and discoveries—not telling you what to do.
-
Shame thrives in silence and isolation. Together, we'll bring light to those shadowed places and cultivate self-compassion instead.
-
You are not a static being. As you evolve, your boundaries, desires, and needs may shift—and that's not only okay, it's expected and celebrated.
-
Cookie-cutter approaches don't work for everyone. You're encouraged to experiment, explore, and find what truly fits for you—even if it looks different from the norm.
What It's Like to Work Together
Therapy with us is collaborative, exploratory, and shaped around your unique needs. There's no script to follow, no timeline you need to meet, and no pressure to have everything figured out before you start.
-
Some sessions might involve deep emotional work around past experiences or internalized shame. Others might focus on practical skills like communication, boundary-setting, or navigating new relationship dynamics. You're in control of how quickly or slowly we move, and it's okay to change your mind as you go.
-
Curiosity is encouraged here. Whether you're wondering about something specific related to sexuality, relationships, or your own experiences, your questions are never too much or too awkward. This is a space where you can explore without fear of judgment.
-
You won't be told what to think, feel, or do. Instead, this work is about exploring your options, examining what you've learned, and discovering what resonates with your authentic self. The goal is to help you tap into your own wisdom and trust yourself more deeply.
-
Not every approach works for every person. If something doesn't feel right, we'll adjust. If you want to try something different, we'll explore it. This is outside-the-box therapy that meets you where you are and adapts as you grow.
-
Exploring sexuality, healing from shame, or redefining your boundaries can feel vulnerable and uncertain. You don't have to do it alone. This is a partnership where you're supported, believed, and encouraged every step of the way.
