I offer in-person therapy in West Seattle at my local office. I also provide online therapy for clients located throughout Washington and Tennessee. Whether we meet on a couch in Seattle or via a secure video platform, the depth and efficacy of the work remain the same.
-
I am an out-of-network provider. This allows us to focus entirely on your healing without a diagnosis or session limit dictated by an insurance company. I can provide you with a Superbill (a detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend calling your provider to ask about "out-of-network outpatient mental health" benefits.

90 minute sessions: $335
3 hour sessions: $750
Information about the investment in Intensives can be found here.
-
Standard 50-minute sessions often end just as the "real" work begins. By offering extended 90-minute and 3-hour sessions, we bypass the "catch-up" phase and dive straight into deep processing. This model is more efficient, often leading to faster breakthroughs and fewer months spent in therapy.
-
Often clients will schedule 90 minute sessions bi-weekly, or a 3 hour session once per month.
This equals about the same amount of time in weekly, 50-minute sessions, but with more intention and depth during our sessions.
Intensives (3+ days) are scheduled 1-2 times per year.
-
Not at all. Therapy for therapists is one of my core specialties. I’m very relational, so you’ll feel immediately at ease. I count it a great honor to hold space for you and for you to experience being attuned to and supported.
-
A cycle-breaker is someone who recognizes unhealthy patterns from their own upbringing—such as emotional neglect, perfectionism, or volatility—and is committed to not passing them down to their children. I incorporate somatic therapy to heal the triggers that make "parenting differently" feel so difficult.
-
I work with individuals and all relationship structures to navigate intimacy, desire, and identity.
Whether you are in a long-term relationship that has lost its spark, are a parent navigating how to maintain intimacy with young kids at home, are exploring ENM (Ethical Non-Monogamy), recovering from betrayal, or feeling "sexually stuck," we look at the nervous system's role in connection. We don't just talk about communication; we heal the underlying blocks to intimacy.
-
Brainspotting (BSP) is a powerful, focused treatment that identifies, processes, and releases neurobiological sources of emotional/body pain and trauma. It works by using your field of vision to find "spots" in the brain where deep-seated patterns are stored. It is particularly effective for those who feel "stuck" despite years of talk therapy.
-
A Therapy Intensive is a condensed, multi-day healing experience. Instead of meeting once a week for six months, we do a deep dive over 3-5 days. This is ideal for busy parents, therapists in need of a reset, or couples (not in crisis) who want to make significant progress in a short window of time.
-
Yes. I utilize evidence-informed modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Brainspotting. These approaches are rooted in neurobiology and the latest research on trauma and the nervous system.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (PHSA), health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their insurance plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE) of expected charges.
Note: The PHSA and GFE does not apply currently to any clients who are using insurance benefits, including Out of Network Benefits (i.e. seeking reimbursement from your insurance company).
This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created.
The Good Faith Estimate does not include any unknown or unexpected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur. If this happens, federal law allows you to dispute (appeal) the bill.
If you are billed more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
You may contact the health care provider or facility listed to let them know the billed charges are higher than the Good Faith Estimate. You can ask them to update the bill to match the Good Faith Estimate, ask to negotiate the bill, or ask if there is financial assistance available.
You may also start a dispute resolution process with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). If you choose to use the dispute resolution process, you must start the dispute process within 120 calendar days (about 4 months) of the date on the original bill.
There is a $25 fee to use the dispute process. If the agency reviewing your dispute agrees with you, you will have to pay the price on this Good Faith Estimate. If the agency disagrees with you and agrees with the health care provider or facility, you will have to pay the higher amount.
To learn more and get a form to start the process, go to www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at 800-368-1019.
