Therapy Intensives
Tailored therapy intensives across WA & TN.
Find relief & experience change…sooner.
Is traditional therapy just not cutting it anymore?
You’ve done the work.
You’ve learned the skills.
But something is still holding you back.
You’re a busy professional, parent, or partner. Adding one more weekly appointment to your schedule feels overwhelming, and honestly, not worth the effort.
With an intensive, you set aside the time, and we dive in. No hunting for childcare, squeezing in PTO, or circling for parking week after week. You land in a focused space where we actually go deep.
You don’t have the time for weekly therapy.
You’re seeking deeper, concentrated healing.
If you value depth and efficiency, you will love a therapy intensive. Once your emotional brain is engaged, you get to stay in that space longer, which leads to profound progress.
You aren’t just dipping into the work for 50-minutes before time runs out. We know where we’re going, and we have the focused time to move toward it with clarity.
You’re in the right place.
Therapy intensives can help you accomplish in one session what may take months (or years) in traditional therapy.
What is a therapy intensive?
An intensive is multi-day therapy designed to go deeper, with more focus than weekly sessions.
Instead of meeting once a week for 50-minutes, you set aside dedicated time—often 3+ days—to work intensively with your nervous system, your patterns, and the parts of your life that feel stuck.
Think of it like a deep cleaning for your inner world: we gently process trauma, old narratives, and stuck areas so you can re-connect with your core self and feel more present in your life and relationships.
This is especially powerful for:
Parents and cycle-breakers navigating perinatal transitions or parenting burnout.
Couples and individuals wanting to reawaken or deepen intimacy, including those in open/ENM relationships.
Therapists and helping professionals healing core wounds and reclaiming their own inner space.
1
Pre-Intensive Assessment
Before we begin, we meet for 90 minutes to clarify what you’re hoping to change, what you’re carrying, and what you’re ready to release.
This is where we map out your goals, your history, and any specific concerns or questions you have.
By the time we start the intensive, you’ll know the direction we’re going and feel prepared for the work that is ahead.
2
Intensive Sessions
Over the course of 3+ days, I use a combination of Brainspotting, parts work, inner child work, experiential therapy and somatic processing to help you heal.
Sometimes there aren’t words. We work with your nervous system, body sensations, and old narratives so the work can be both gentle and profound.
Many clients notice shifts by the end of day two—often describing feeling lighter, clearer, or more grounded in their bodies.
3
Post-Intensive
Follow-Up
After the intensive, you’ll have a dedicated 90 minute follow-up session to integrate what has shifted, solidify new patterns, and plan your next steps.
This is a soft landing spot where you can ask, “What now?” and get clear, embodied guidance instead of being left alone with big shifts.
Many clients say they feel like they’ve done years of therapy in just a few days, finally releasing what they've carried for so long.

Your Options
Choose the right format for you.
I offer intensives in three tailored formats, depending on your goals, capacity, and the depth of work you're ready to do.
Imagine finally getting to…
You don’t have to minimize your pain or silence your story anymore. You’re allowed to bring your full self to this space. Together, we gently work with your nervous system so old patterns soften, allowing you to relate to yourself and others from a calm, centered, compassionate place.
Resolve deep wounds for lasting change
Change the way you show up in relationships
We’ll rewire the relational patterns that keep you withdrawing or people-pleasing. By providing the space to truly listen to your body, you can shift from the inside out. You’ll notice an newfound ability to speak honestly, take up space, and experience more ease with your partners.
In a 3+ day intensive, we compress months of traditional therapy into one intentional container. You finish the experience genuinely feeling different—more grounded, more present, and finally aligned with who you want to be.
Reclaim your time and emotional energy

Other intensive questions? I’ve got answers.
-
Brainspotting is a brain-based, body-informed method that helps your nervous system access and gently release where trauma, anxiety, and relational patterns are held.
In an intensive, we use Brainspotting to deepen certain moments—like core memories, body sensations, or relational triggers—so the work is more embodied and lasting.
You don’t have to “do” anything special; Brainspotting is guided, paced, and held within the safety of our therapeutic container.
-
Traditional weekly therapy is like sprinkling water on a plant once a week. Intensives are like giving your nervous system a deep, sustained drink so it can actually change.
In 3+ days, you stay inside the work long enough for patterns to surface, process, and release—so you’re not restarting your story every week.
This is especially powerful if you’re a busy professional, parent, or therapist who doesn’t have the bandwidth for years of weekly sessions.
-
An intensive is a great fit if:
You’re frustrated with how slow weekly therapy feels.
You’re ready to be honest about what’s actually stuck, not just “how you’re doing.”
You’re willing to invest your time and energy into a focused, deep container.
It is not a good fit if:
You’re in an acute crisis and need immediate stabilization.
You’re not ready to sit with discomfort or vulnerability.
If you’re unsure, we can explore this in a consultation before you commit.
-
Intensives are incredibly effective for:
Deep relational and intimacy work (long-term couples, open/ENM dynamics, connection ruptures).
Healing sexual trauma, desire discrepancy or sexuality exploration.
Perinatal and postpartum transitions, parenting fatigue, and “cycle-breaking” patterns.
Core wounds, attachment patterns, and nervous system dysregulation.
Burnout, people-pleasing, and relational withdrawal in therapists and helping professionals.
-
Here are a few gentle ways to prepare:
Complete the Intensive Workbook to clarify your priorities.
Block the time on your calendar so you can arrive without guilt or distraction.
Complete a short written reflection (optional) about what you’re carrying and what you’d like to release.
During our pre-intensive assessment, we’ll talk through what your priorities are and what can wait.
-
The next step is simple:
Schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if an intensive is the right container for you.
During that call, we’ll talk about what you’re hoping to shift, clarify if you’re in the right season for an intensive, and give you a clear sense of structure.
If it's a good fit, you’ll book your intensive dates and receive your prep workbook to get the most out of our time together.
