A SAFE SPACE TO UNLOAD.

Therapy for Therapists & Helping Professionals

tired of holding it all together?

You spend your days attuned to everyone else. This is a place where you do not have to stay polished, small, or endlessly useful—you get to be fully human, fully seen, and supported in your own healing.

You’re allowed to have needs, too.

YOUR TURN TO BE HELD.

Yes, we can talk about imposter syndrome, burnout, and over-functioning. But the deeper invitation is to tend to your own core wounds, not just your professional effectiveness. This is a space for helping professionals who are willing to take up space in the room, soften the instinct to disappear, and be held by another attuned person for once.

  • Your tank is empty, but the clients keep coming.

  • Imposter syndrome whispers, "you're not healed enough."

  • You believe you're only valuable if you're actively helping others.

  • You default to smallness and struggle to take up space in the room.

  • Your "therapist hat" bleeds into all of your personal relationships.

  • Your core wounds are resurfacing, and you know it's time to address them.

How I can help

Therapy for helping professionals can help you release what is not yours to carry.

Helping professionals are high-functioning but frayed; you’re used to attuning to everyone else and rarely receiving the same care in return. This is not quick-fix therapy. I make space for you to slow down, go deep, and finally receive the kind of holding you give so freely. We’ll trace your burnout, people-pleasing, and relational patterns back to their roots and gently release what’s stuck in your body with Brainspotting, inner child work, experiential and somatic practices. This is your invitation to take up space, let another attune to you, and remember what it feels like to heal from the inside out.

OUR TIME TOGETHER IS A SPACE WHERE

You are finally invited to put down the heavy load of being "the expert."

Here, you don't need to hit rock bottom to earn a season of your own care. We’ll work to address the specific patterns that keep you over-extending, defaulting to others’ needs, or quieting your own voice. Your story isn’t "too much" for me—you are invited to take off the clinical lens and simply be a human who deserves support.

Questions? I’ve got answers.

Frequently asked questions —

  • No—high-functioning helpers often feel subtly frayed: vigilant, small, or fused to their role long before they hit the wall. This work creates space for your humanity before exhaustion hits, preventing deeper depletion.

  • We’ll gently quiet the protector parts driving the feeling of "not enough," while using somatic boundaries to rebuild your capacity to receive. You will reclaim your authority from healed roots rather than performance, allowing you to show up more authentically.

  • My warm, structured approach mirrors what you do best—but this time, it's for you. There is no need to analyze your own process here. You simply get to receive an attuned presence that meets your depth without requiring an explanation.

  • I offer 90-minute deep dives or 3-hour intensives designed to fit around a packed clinical calendar. We can meet virtually (available in TN, SC, FL, and WA) or in person at my office in West Seattle, WA.

  • Yes. Using a developmental trauma lens, we will trace current triggers—like parenting struggles, relationship patterns, over-extending, or a lack of boundaries—back to their early imprints. We work efficiently so your present life can align with your values, rather than past defaults.

  • You can expect more nervous system ease, clearer boundaries, reclaimed wholeness, and a sustainable clinical presence. My clients often describe simply feeling lighter and finally able to breathe.

You deserve support, too.
