MotherShift Support Group
Virtual peer support group for moms who are done pretending motherhood is easy
Motherhood Is Hard AF
You’re carrying the mental load.
You’re exhausted and overwhelmed.
You feel like you’ve lost yourself somewhere between schedules, school emails, and expectations.
You’re comparing yourself to other moms and coming up short—every time.
You’re snapping, then drowning in guilt.
You’re wondering if you’re doing irreparable damage to your kids.
And somehow, it still feels like you’re supposed to be grateful and keep it together.
MotherShift is a virtual peer support and educational group for moms who are done pretending and ready to tell the truth about how hard this actually is. This group isn’t about fixing you—because you’re not broken. It’s about solidarity, perspective shifts, coping strategies, and finding a community that gets it.
What We’ll Talk About:
The Myth of Perfection
Overwhelm and Mental Load
Loss of Identity
Mom Rage
Isolation & The Comparison Trap
Relationship & Co-parenting Stress
Mom Guilt
Help! I don't want to screw my kids up!
WTF is work-life balance?
What You’ll Walk Away With:
Validation that motherhood is hard—and you’re not failing
Language for the things you’ve felt but couldn’t name
Practical coping strategies for overwhelm, guilt, and emotional overload
A shift in perspective that eases pressure and shame
A community of moms who are real, honest, and supportive
Relief from carrying this alone
This group is not for you if you have it all together. This group is only for moms that are real & honest about the difficulty of motherhood. No promises, but you will likely walk away with a newfound community.
Fair warning, there will be swearing.
