Creating Healthy Relationships is an 8-week peer support and educational group designed to help you break toxic relationship cycles and build healthier connections. Based on "How to Be the Love You Seek" by Dr. Nicole LePera, this structured program helps you understand your attachment style, heal core wounds, and become the secure, loving partner you've been searching for—starting with yourself.
What You'll Learn in This Group
Your Attachment Style
Understand anxious, avoidant, or disorganized patterns. Learn why you show up the way you do in relationships.
Core Wounds & Triggers
Identify childhood wounds driving current patterns. Heal the parts of you that keep recreating pain.
Nervous System Regulation
Learn to self-soothe, co-regulate, and stay grounded when triggered. Build emotional safety within yourself.
Boundaries & Self-Betrayal
Stop abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable. Learn to honor your needs without guilt.
Communication Skills
Express needs clearly, listen deeply, and navigate conflict without shutting down or exploding.
Reparenting Yourself
Become your own secure base. Give yourself the love, safety, and validation you've been seeking from others.

Katherine Healy, LPC-MHSP
Katherine is a Licensed Professional Counselor who facilitates this peer support group with warmth, compassion, and deep understanding of relationship patterns and attachment. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space where women can explore their patterns, learn practical tools, and support each other's growth journey.
This group is facilitated as peer support and psychoeducation, not therapy.
Group Details
Format: 8-week cohort, beginning every 2 months
Where: Join from home, virtually
When: Wednesdays: 7pm EST | 6pm CST | 4pm PST
Group Size: Small & intimate for vulnerability
Investment: $50 per week ($400 total for 8 weeks)
