Yes, somatic trauma therapy works online.
You do not have to be in a physical office to experience profound shifts. We use highly effective, body-based tools like Brainspotting virtually. This allows you to process deep anxiety, mom rage, and trauma from the safety and privacy of your own space. You block off a few hours or a few days, and we do the deep work together via telehealth. You then immediately transition back into the comfort of your own home to rest and integrate.

Doing trauma work at home requires a safe, uninterrupted space. During your pre-intensive session, we will map out exactly how to prepare your physical environment. We will cover everything from utilizing sound machines to ensuring privacy from partners and children, so you can fully drop into the somatic processing without distractions.
