Perimenopause Support Group
You're Not Losing Your Mind. You're Navigating a Transition.
You Feel Like You're Going Crazy
Your mood swings are out of control and you don't understand why. Your anxiety is through the roof. You're exhausted from sleepless nights and brain fog that makes you forget what you walked into a room for. Your relationships are strained because you feel irritable and misunderstood. You feel isolated—like no one gets what you're going through. You've been told it's "just anxiety" or "just depression," but you know it's more than that.
Perimenopause Support Group is a peer support and educational community designed to help you navigate this transition with understanding, practical tools, and validation. This open-enrollment group provides a safe space to connect with women who truly understand what you're experiencing. Together, we'll explore what's happening to your hormones, brain, and body—and learn coping strategies to manage mood, sleep, relationships, and the identity shifts that come with this life stage.
