We do not do open-ended weekly therapy. We offer Therapy Intensives. These are concentrated blocks of time ranging from 3 hours to 3 days, designed to target the exact places you are stuck. We use modalities like Brainspotting that target the nervous system, not just your thoughts. We will not spend the whole time talking in circles. We get to the root of what is bothering you, so you can actually feel different.
What the Intensive Process Looks Like
Every intensive is customized, but the rhythm is highly structured to honor your time. We start with a brief intake to align on your goals. Then, we move into focused blocks of deep somatic processing with built-in breaks to keep your nervous system regulated. Finally, you leave with a written summary, practical tools you can use in your real life, and a clear follow-up plan for integration.
